Growing up in a rural area, I have learned to appreciate the value of hard work, resilience, and community support. I chose to raise my kids in rural America because of the unique culture, close-knit communities, and a greater sense of security.

I became interested in human resources when I realized I had the ability to help people. I wanted to be able to guide people through their employment. My aim is to provide employees with tools to make them successful, be a listening ear when needed, and be the voice of reason when necessary.

My years working in this field have helped me cultivate a versatile skill set and comprehensive understanding of the various aspects of human resources management. I'm enthusiastic about sharing my knowledge, and I enjoy collaborating with the rural communities served by the Center.
