LYONS, NEBRASKA – Nebraska entrepreneurs and small business managers are invited to attend a webinar focused on customer service. This free, online event is sponsored by the Center for Rural Affairs and GROW Nebraska.

“Social Media and Customer Service in Today’s Digital World” will be Thursday, June 17, from noon to 1 p.m.

“During this course, participants will learn about hands-on customer service, how to meet customers where they are, the irreplaceable value of a smile, and how a small business can thrive,” said Vicky Espinoza, Center for Rural Affairs’ business development specialist.

This training is in a question and answer format. Attendees are encouraged to bring questions.
