About: Join us for the first Nebraska Food Council meeting of 2021 to learn more about council activities. The winter meeting will include a brief introduction to the council and welcome new members, and to policy priorities including farm to school, Double-up Food Bucks, and small meat processing actions; plus the 2021 Regional Food Systems Summit with University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension. All interested Nebraskans are welcome.
