About: Are you looking to improve cross-cultural communication skills for your small business? Join this training to learn how. Participants will identify and recognize each other’s communication styles and determine how they can improve their cross-cultural skills to succeed in their businesses. They’ll also:
- Learn the different models of communication and understand what affects the ease/difficulty of communicating with other people.
- Identify low-context and high-context cultures.
- Identify five things that could be done to improve relationship with target culture.
