About: Learn how to make your own homemade bread in this workshop. Attendees will discover different types of bread and discuss various kinds of flours, as well as other ingredients, that are used to create their bread. This training will also teach the nutritional value of bread and the impact it has on Indigenous diets and the healthier options available when it comes to types of bread. All participants will be entered to win a breadmaker.
