SOUTH SIOUX CITY, NEBRASKA – Prospective business owners are invited to learn about available resources at a free workshop offered in Spanish, organized by the Center for Rural Affairs, in collaboration with the South Sioux City Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism and City of South Sioux City.
