Working with the Center gives me the opportunity to help entrepreneurs reach their business goals. I collaborate with staff on servicing loans to borrowers, which involves creating closing documents, perfecting collateral, helping borrowers with any needs they have after they receive their funding, working with delinquent borrowers, and more.
I came to the Center with 15 years of banking experience. During that time, I worked in several different areas, starting as a teller and ending in loan operations.
Rural America is the backbone of the economy, and we need to do what we can to keep it strong and thriving. Rural is where we are, and it's where I've always been. I grew up in Craig, Nebraska, and have lived in small towns ever since.
My husband, JJ, and I live in Oakland, Nebraska, with our two daughters, Emma and Cadence. I have been a volunteer EMT for 25 years, and serve on the Craig Fire and Rescue Association as rescue captain. I’m also a member of the Oakland Fire and Rescue Department. I don't have much free time, but when I do have a spare moment, I like to read.
