Center for Rural Affairs partnered with Nebraska Department of Education - Nutrition Services, Nebraska Dry Bean Commission, Midwest Dairy, and Nebraska Beef Council to create a year-round Farm to School program, Nebraska Thursdays.

This Produce Seasonality, Crop Extension, and Storage Resource Guide includes all of the information schools need to understand when local foods are available. Using this guide, schools can confidently create local foods menus knowing what items are available across the plate, during the growing season, and year round.
