LYON, NEBRASKA – Women across Nebraska interested in learning and discussing cooperative business structures are invited to “Exploring Cooperatives: A Women’s Learning Circle.” This free, online event is hosted by the Center for Rural Affairs and Nebraska Cooperative Development Center.

The learning circle is set for Tuesday, Feb. 23, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Attendees will be provided with case studies on cooperative successes and failures ahead of time to help spur discussion.

“Be a part of this discussion, and bring ideas while thinking of challenges surrounding your business,” said Justin Carter, project associate for the Center for Rural Affairs. “We encourage women from all business types to join us for this informal conversation to see how a cooperative might fit your needs.”

Registration is required by noon the day of the event; sign up at cfra.org/eventos.

Este proyecto está financiado a través de una subvención para grupos socialmente desfavorecidos del Departamento de Agricultura de los Estados Unidos, a través del programa de Desarrollo Rural.
