AUBURN, NEBRASKA – Entrepreneurs in the Auburn area are invited to attend two online workshops focused on best practices for businesses during COVID-19. These free events are sponsored by the Center for Rural Affairs and Auburn Development Council.

“Building Relationships Six Feet Apart is Hard” is a two-part series in which participants will learn how to market while social distancing. The workshop is set for Tuesday, Aug. 4, and Thursday, Aug. 6, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

“Cybersecurity 101” discusses protection from cyber attacks, and will take place Wednesday, Aug. 19, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

“Small businesses are finding they need to be flexible to keep themselves and their customers safe," said Jessica Campos, Center for Rural Affairs Women’s Business Center director. “These workshops will help business owners prepare and respond to various situations stemming from COVID-19.”

Kayla Elliott will instruct these courses.

Registration for both events is required two days in advance; sign up at cfra.org/eventos. Attendance is limited. For more information, contact [email protected] o 402.687.2100.
