Rural America is my home—I grew up here, and I’m raising my family here. Working at the Center gives me the opportunity to help keep small communities beautiful and prosperous for generations to come.
I find great joy in using my bilingual skills to make it easier for the Hispanic/Latino community to understand more about the Center and all the beneficial programs we offer. I’m grateful I can make things more accessible for Spanish-speaking people.
When I’m not working, there’s never a dull moment in my house. I have five kids between the ages of 7 and 14, and a dog named Herbie. I also teach Zumba classes twice a week, but even with all that going on, I always make time to drink plenty of coffee.
