About: Are you looking for ways to make your tomatoes last through the winter? Join this workshop to learn about different varieties of tomatoes, their nutritional value, how to dehydrate with a dehydrator or conventional oven, how to store, and how to use them. A food demonstration and light meal will be provided to demonstrate how dehydrated tomatoes can be used in everyday cooking.
