"KCAD is very excited about this new partnership with REAP and Nancy Flock,” said Travis Haggard, KCAD Executive Director. “Small business development and entrepreneurship is truly the backbone for economic development in rural America. Nancy brings great knowledge and enthusiasm to the business loan packaging side of finance. The REAP programs give us another tool for businesses to obtain down payment assistance, gap financing and non traditional lending opportunities that could be essential in the success of new business development and expansion."
REAP has eight regionally based Business Specialists, including 3 bilingual Specialists that also work with REAP’s Latino Business Center and also operates a Women’s Business Center. These Business Specialists can get involved in assisting entrepreneurs at various stages of their business progress.
