About: Join the Center For Rural Affairs staff at the Plant to Table conference. This year's event will focus on Indigenous food sovereignty movements and the environmental impacts of food production and consumption. 

Hear from the region's leading experts and engage in the latest research during panel discussions and demonstrations. You will also have an opportunity to taste a diversity of food and take part in workshops. The public is welcome to attend.

Center staff will be a part of a panel discussion on Indigenous food sovereignty efforts in the Umonhon and Isanti Nations on Wednesday, April 19.

When: Tues. April 18 at 5:30 p.m., Wed. April 19 and Thur. April 20 at 8:30 a.m.
