"Rural Minnesotans who are interested in starting a new business and want to be part of growing new opportunities in their community or on their farm should be part of these discussions,” said Steph Larsen, policy organizer for the Center for Rural Affairs. “The 2008 Farm Bill created some exciting new opportunities for rural economic development. The Center for Rural Affairs and Land Stewardship Project are excited about helping folks learn how these programs can work for our rural communities."
