Spindola provides assistance to individuals who are looking to start or expand their businesses in rural communities in northeast Nebraska through the Center's small business program, Rural Enterprise Assistance Project (REAP). Her duties include helping with financing, technical assistance, and training.
“Part of my job is to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with borrowers before, during, and after their loan transactions,” Spindola said. “Many of the customers continue to seek financing based on their positive experiences, so I strive to make sure everyone I work with is treated with respect and consideration.”

“I’m most looking forward to helping make small towns in rural Nebraska vibrant places to live by creating new businesses and helping communities grow from the inside out,” Spindola said. “I get to help people and communities, and I get to learn something new every day. I am grateful and feel privileged to have this job.”
