Small business owners invited to free consultations

ALLIANCE, NEBRASKA – Free one-on-one small business consultations are available on the last Wednesday of each month, from noon to 2 p.m., at Box Butte Development Corporation, 502 Box Butte Ave., Alliance, Nebraska 69301.

Anthony Gurrola, loan specialist with the Center for Rural Affairs, will offer the sessions in both English and Spanish.

The Center for Rural Affairs provides business training, technical assistance, microloans, and networking to small businesses in Nebraska. They generally assist home-based, start-up and store-front businesses with 10 or fewer employees and people who own those businesses or work full- or part-time for them.

The Center recommends that everyone wear a face mask at indoor sessions.
