“If you’re thinking about selling your business anytime in the next 1-3 years then this may be the year,”advises Frank Haverkamp, President of Sunbelt Financial Advisors Inc., who will deliver the succession clinic. “Business values are at their highest level since 2007. Interest on purchase loans is the lowest in memory. Currently SBA loans for business purchases have an interest rate at 5.25-5.75%. There are a lot of qualified buyers looking for good businesses to buy. There are always more good buyers than good sellers. You should always sell when things are at their best.”
