About: Learn how to make homemade muffins using a variety of dietary restrictions. Whether you are baking for family and friends or selling your baked goods at the local farmers market, it's always nice to have options available for everyone.

We will discuss, demonstrate, and sample sugar-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free recipes that are easy to make with minimal ingredients.

A light lunch will be provided.
