Share your biggest Farm to School challenge: Being able to supply produce to surrounding schools in a manner that is feasible in terms of transportation.

Share your best tip or advice for fresh food procurement, processing and/or storage: Pick it fresh and get it in refrigerated storage quickly.

Other information you’d like to share about your farm or experience or a fun story from working with a school: We take great pride in growing and sorting out only the best quality to provide the school or sell to the public. We try to not have much waste. What isn’t used right away is processed through canning or donated to a food bank.
