About: Learn about the challenges of starting a farm or ranch. Topics include learning about two direct-sales based operations, and how the beginning producers at their helm have overcome barriers and adapted in challenging times. This session features Hannah Esch of Oak Barn Beef, and Jay Wolff of Wolff Produce.
