Lyons, NE – Jeff Reynolds, director of the Center for Rural Affairs' REAP program was a featured speaker on the Financial Resources for Business Owners webinar held on Nov. 10, 2009. The webinar was a Nebraska Money Smart Week activity, and included information about saving and building credit for business financing, including statewide microenterprise resources. The Northeast Economic Development Inc. also participated.
