10/27/08The Food Processing Center at the University of Nebraska welcomes entrepreneurs from throughout the U.S. to any of their From Recipe to Reality seminars, a one-day seminar that provides entrepreneurs with an understanding of the key factors that need to be considered when starting a food manufacturing business. Materials are now available in Spanish.
Seminars are presented on various dates and locations throughout the country. Current 2008 dates include: January 26, March 31, May 31 presented in Spanish, June 2, August 8, August 15, and October 27.
