Montana health care advocates will hold a town hall meeting on Tuesday, April 14 in Glasgow to highlight the importance of health care reform to rural Montana. The event is one of 90 forums taking place in 43 states across the country this month during the U.S. Congressional recess. The people of Glasgow will share their concerns with policymakers about health care reform and rural Montana and help make the case that health care reform cannot wait.
Steph Larsen, policy organizer with the Center for Rural Affairs, said, "Rural people have a tremendous amount at stake in the health care reform debate. The current health care system is not working for our rural families, small business owners and farmers and ranchers."
