Center to Present at Triumph of Ag Expo - Organic Farming: Rules, Programs, and Markets

LYONS, NE - The Center for Rural Affairs' sustainable agriculture specialist, Martin Kleinschmit will present "Organic Farming: Rules, Programs, and Markets" at the 43rd Annual Triumph of Ag Expo - Farm & Ranch Machinery Show on March 11, 2009. The session will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.
"With commodity prices falling and crop production expenses are on the rise, once again producers are searching for options to increase profitability," commented Kleinschmit. "If you fall in this category, attending this session may provide the answers you are looking for."

The Triumph of Ag Expo will be held at the Qwest Center - Omaha, Nebraska located at 10th and Capitol Avenue, just off I-480. The Expo runs March 11-12, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. both days.  

The Farm and Ranch Machinery Show will be filled with the latest agricultural innovations, equipment and supplies with more than 900 exhibits for farmers and ranchers to visit.

The Expo will have something for every kind of farm operation. In addition to all of the latest equipment, products, and services there will be seminars throughout the Show, craft items and displays, antique farm tractors and equipment, and special programs.
