Lyons, NE – Businesses and organizations have an opportunity to apply for an exhibitor booth at the 2009 MarketPlace: Opening Doors to Success conference. A maximum of 50 booths will be accepted.
This is the third year for the conference. It will be held in North Platte, Nebraska at the Sandhills Convention Center, Wednesday, February 25, 2009.

Exhibiting at MarketPlace is an excellent decision to reach a professional audience. This year the networking area will again feature 50 exhibit booths filled with successful small business men and women, service providers, and other conference sponsors.

"We've had a tremendous interest from people wanting an exhibit booth at MarketPlace 2009. This is a great opportunity for service providers and businesses to network with other entrepreneurs and service providers and promote their products," commented Joy Marshall, MarketPlace Event Planner. Joy added, “There has been a waiting list for the first two conferences and with limited space now is the time to register for a 2009 exhibit booth.”

Benefits of exhibiting include reaching hundreds of key decision makers, building and developing business relationships, creating a positive and lasting impression on the market, meeting new customers and networking with others.

“Thanks for your willingness to work with the University to coordinate booth space and create a "University presence" at MarketPlace 2008.   Having similar booths together greatly helped us coordinate and effectively manage the booths while at the same time, it gave staff freedom to participate in the day's activities.  It worked out great and we hope to have this opportunity again next year.  Thanks.”  Marilyn Schlake, Associate Director, NebraskaEDGE-Center for Applied Rural Innovation, UNL
The conference offers training, networking, and professional development opportunities for startup and existing small businesses, service providers, rural communities, and family farmers and ranchers.
