Five-session course offered on creating a business plan

O'Neill, Neb. - Existing, transitioning, and startup small business owners and managers have an opportunity to examine their ventures in “Business Plan Basics,” a workshop organized by the Center for Rural Affairs Women’s Business Center.

Five sessions will be held on Thursdays, Feb. 22, March 1, 8, and 22, and April 5, from 6 to 9 p.m., at Holt County Economic Development, 429 S. 4th St., O’Neill, Nebraska.

The workshop series will focus on marketing, advertising/promotion, goal setting, customer relations, and financial management.

"Planning is key to success in business, and these five hands-on exploratory sessions are designed for those thinking of starting a business, businesses that need a boost, and business owners considering exiting the business," said Monica Braun, Center for Rural Affairs Women’s Business Center director. “Sessions will cover important information to complete a business plan.”
