Finally! After months of waiting, USDA announced the availability of $45 million for the Rural Microentrepreneur Assistance Program.

This is a new initiative that will make grants and provide loan capital to organizations for training, technical assistance or to make small loans to new and existing rural small businesses with 10 or fewer employees.
