Stephanie Fritz recently joined the Center for Rural Affairs as a rural community development specialist. She grew up in O’Neill, Nebraska, where she has been a long-time volunteer with the Chamber of Commerce.

Stephanie graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelor’s degree in education and has vast experience working in rural communities. She taught at a rural school near Bassett, and then had a career as a communication consultant in rural Nebraska working with the Winnebago Youth Program. Most recently, she was a social service worker in northern Nebraska.
