Whether you are a farmer, rancher, small business owner, or a community developer, you have a million irons in the fire every day. And you probably aspire to improve your bottom line, expand the business and move business plans forward.
Or perhaps you are not a business owner or a farmer/rancher yet, but would like to set out and start a business of your own, but don’t know where to start.
No matter what category you fit into, you most likely have many questions.
Nebraska MarketPlace is a one stop shop designed to help business owners, aspiring entrepreneurs (young and old), farmers, ranchers, and rural leaders.
It’s one day of practical information on business development, agriculture, marketing, financing, community development, social media, policy, health care laws, and more. Whether you are brand new or have been in business for years - MarketPlace training sessions are geared for you.
A day full of educational and interactive sessions will include a networking luncheon featuring produce sourced from local farms and businesses.
MarketPlace will also feature an exhibit hall filled with successful small business men and women, service providers and other valuable resources. Attendees will be able to meet these folks throughout the day to ask questions, gather information, make connections, network and gain exposure to key customers and unique businesses.
The Center for Rural Affairs is proud to bring MarketPlace to West Point, Nebraska on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at the Nielsen Community Center.
